A Tabby Turns 4!

Hey, sorry for the loooong wait!!!!

It's the Easter holidays!!!! Tomorrow is Easter!!! Yay!

Anyway it was Joshy's birthday on the 26th of March! He turned 4, he's already halfway through his adulthood!

It's not his exact date of birth but we just celebrate on that date :)

Blitzy's is on the 10th of September and Curly well...we also don't know her date of birth so my Mum says that we can celebrate it on my birthday, 27th of May ;)

We were so busy and unfortuanately didn't bake a cake for Joshy but we bought him one! It's a chocolate and cream cake...mmm...yummy!!!

Obviously since it's chocolate we couldn't give any to him but we shall bake him a plain cake sometime!

Happy Easter for tomorrow!!!!!!!

Anyway bye for now...I'll update over the weekend, okay?!

It's Blitzy and Curly of course!!!! No matter how much Blitzy doesn't like Curly, they do share a bond like sisters!!!

A Clean Canine

Hey!!!

Sooo....it's bathing day for Curly!!! She loves it though!!

That little (or should I say BIG!) poodle is too smart, when it's like the day before her bathing day, she'll run around crazily outside making herself dirty! She just knows when it's close to that time.

However there are times when she doesn't want to have a bath! It's too cute 'cause she would run and hide under a chair and not come out!!! Hahaha!

Okay, I just wanted to show you how Curly looks before and after her bath!!!

How Much Is That Poodle In The Basket? Woof Woof!

Hey! I am sooo happy about the photo's loading properly now!!!

Okay so, this is what Curly is doing right now :)

Check out her matching beds...very classy!

Shame...she is just too sweet!!! Her basket is that tiny one on the left!

Yes, she somehow fits in it! I don't know if I told you this before! Anyway, I'll tell you again. My Mum's friend had a basket and her dog did not want it, since it was already secondhand or should I say second-pawed?! When we heard about this, my Mum said that we will take it!! We all laughed, knowing the size of Curly!!!

When we brought it home and set it down, to open our front door, Curly rushed up and plopped herself in it!!! It was too cute! I have a picture of her on that first day but it's on our other computer!
Curly squeezes herself into a little ball, like a cat!

It is too comical!!! We are going to get her a bigger one this year :) Joshy's basket is like double Curly's basket! He does not want to part with his one though! Blitzy also has one but it's really tiny, much smaller than Curly's.

Christmas Photo's!!!!! At last!

Hey everybody! Since the last post was so sad, I have a HUGE suprise for you!!!!!!! I tried uploading the Christmas photo's and....they finally loaded!

Ahhhh!!! I feel like jumping up and down right now!

As you can see in the photo's, Blitzy was up to her crazy antics again! She was using our Christmas card as a tunnel to play in! Hahaha...

Scroll further down and you'll see the three of them lounging on our front porch! It was a rainy day on Christmas and all three had muddied up the porch! Shame!

There are also a couple of pictures of Joshy triying to clean little Blitzy :)

Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star...

Hey everyone!!!

Ahh it's so cold and rainy here...

Blitzy is asleep right next to me and Curly is asleep on the floor...Joshy is in the other room also knocked out! These kids can SLEEP! Not so much Blitzy but the other two...hahaha

So...let me tell you about the events of the past few days...

There is a pair of swallows living under our front porch! They took over a wasp hive and killed all the wasps! Now this is the second time they had babies, okay? The babies have just grown feathers and wings but are still babies...

So, the other day, when we weren't paying attention to Blitzy, she caught one of the babies!!!
We think that she may have fallen out of the nest? 'Cause it's wayyy too high for Blitzy to jump up.
Anyway this poor little baby was screaming for help! It was too sad and also like I said before, Blitz doesn't know how to kill her prey, so she just leaves them...

Caleb (my brother) picked up this delicate little creature and we took her inside to nurse her! I named her Twinkle because she had these twinkly little eyes...

As Caleb was inside, I saw that her parents were trying to find her...shame...we wanted to give her back to them but I read that once the parents get the scent of other animals or of humans, they abandon that baby. So, we couldn't do that.

We tried to feed her but she was too bewildered. We made a comfy little bed and left her some food, water and some insects to eat. By the end of the night, little Twinkle seemed so much better!! She was running around in her little box and crying for attention! She was too sweet and she loved Caleb the most because he rescued her and so she only fell asleep in his hands! Too precious...that night we left her comfy and warm and said goodnight...

Sadly she didn't make it through the night...we all cried...she must have had internal injuries.
We buried her outside our window...too be close to us...to Caleb...

Ahh finally, photo's are uploading!

We miss her dearly and I must admit that I did shed a tear or two, trying to type this...

We may have only known her for a day but she will always have place in our hearts...forever...
